Hi what do you think about a california Mod for GTA 4? I think its a cool. :D

That would be alot of work. It also wouldn't work with LCPDFR if it made changes to the core map (streets, vehicle paths, spawn points).

But I would recommend a mod called IV:SA, which lets you play San Andreas with GTA IV Graphics, but LCPDFR does not and will never support it according to some of the LCPDFR devs.

Yeah thats right :) Its a lot of work but when gta 5 is come out I california :D

There's a mod called GTA IV: Los Angeles, that changes the vegetation, weather, colors, etc. and ads some LA features, such crosswalks, to look like Los Angeles. The city keep being Liberty City, so LCPDFR will work on it.
