I feel that their should be an lcpdfr or LSPDFR academy of so when you start lcpdfr or lspdfr you have to sign into your account and if your new you go through and academy sorta like true crime streets NYC I'm just saying someone should make that a mod 

Just so you know, the development of LCPDFR has been stopped as Grand Theft Auto V is out. Perhaps someone can make a plugin for it, however I doubt it. I wouldn't be too keen on an academy function myself as I prefer getting straight into things but to each his own.
