The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm a newbie a little bit to see why crashes happen but what info would I need to show help figure out the issue it crashes for? I have a little knowledge so I'm not a total noob. I would like to know if someone in the community could help me who has better knowledge with the process to clean it up a bit thank you as always for your time guys.

You need to upload the ragehook log, its in your GTA V installation directory 

Try putting the game into AntiVirus' exceptions.

Ok ..... I normally just turn the Antivirus software off til I'm done... I would appreciate some insight to understanding it better the processes....
