The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello. I have a big problem with LSPD:FR 0.3.1 - when i get start a game all is O.K, They will load plugins. When i go on duty and create policeman all is ok, game again load a lot plugins. 

However, some time after the creation of the form of the game is suspended and you can hear the sound Crash.

And after some time, a message pops up :  LSPD First Response.dll has crashed! Doesn't work load with Rage console.

Please HELP!

Thats not entirely correct, not all mods work with latest updates
