So i was watching the series Touch Season 1 and episode 3 i guess when i found this! and yea thats a NYPD 2011 Caprice PPV... dont know if its real or shooting/filming purpose because the lightbar on it is not a typical NYPD lightbar... just thought i should share it with you all.........
