Who else would think it would be cool to have a standalone CAD program that hooks into GTA V? For example, players who have 2 or 3 screens can use one of them for a full-sized CAD program that would hook into LSPDFR. This may be a huge undertaking -- I wouldn't know personally as I don't mod. But, maybe someone will see this, think it's a great idea and implement it. I haven't given it much thought, as the idea just sparked about 5 minutes ago, but I'm sure it's doable.

I wouldn't mind seeing this but the amount of work would probably be quite a bit. 

I am working with a server to set up a CAD/MDT/RMS program, and they decided to use use DCRS (https://dcrscad.com/). There is a free version that you can use or you can get the pay version. Unfortunately, it doesn't sync with LSPDFR but still awesome for roleplay.
