So i was scrolling through the million textures i have in my textures folder and the ONE texture i wanted to use was the Las Vegas Metrolpolitan Police Texture, it's magically all white, i haven't used it, it has just been sitting in my textures folder, it came on cj24's LVMPD Cruiser so i know it wasn't all white (except for the parts that needed to be white) anyone else have this weird problem before?

Hm... It has never happened to me, are you sure that you've never accidentally modified it? That's weird...

Is it .PSD Format Or PDN (Program Save Software So you easily Edit)

If so u can edit the opacity

It's not all white; it just has transparent where black should go (presumably, it goes on a black car; it does have white sections where it should). To fix, just make an image the same size in any image program, fill it black, and paste this on top. To make it easy, copy the image to the clipboard, open Paint, change the canvas size to something like 512x512, hit Ctrl+V, and save. You're done.

Yep, but now they're transparent. Not white. All you have to do is paste into Paint and save, and it'll make them black (because Paint doesn't know what transparency is).
