@Prophecy You should be able to play it on high/very high at around 60+ FPS, I have very similar specs I would make sure that you GPU driver is up to date.

Its already updated and still lagging.

I fixed my issue too, there was a driver update for my gpu that came out 8/30 and I must have overlooked it.

I helped Prophecy fix it, his problem was that he had his HDMI cable connected to his motherboard graphics. All he had to do was change and plug in the HDMI to his GTX 1070 graphics card. Hope this helps everyone. If you guys still need help, just let me know.
