Alright, not even sure what that is (is it the double ammo pouch?). Anyways, under the skin modifier select "editable mesh" , at the warning popup select "yes" then you'll be able to move vertices, polygons, or objects as normal.

I would select it by element and the just click delete, but you can also delete polygons/vertices
