Hey guys, 

I am having an issue where some of @Gump's Tahoes have distorted gauges. You can mainly see it when the car is on from the outside. Inside you can see the distortion coming through the gauges a little but not as bad. At night it is extremely noticeable... and bright. I have Gump's Tahoes as addons with the child relations set to vehicles_poltax and vehicles_cav ( I have tried both). I am having issues with the COBRA Tahoe, the Andreas State Patrol Tahoe, and the Kershaw County Tahoe. Is anyone else facing this issue or does anyone know how to fix it?

Any help would be appreciated. 

 

Do the gauges work in first person?

^More than likely not...I had that problem while making it...I had no clue as to how fix it.

So this means that there is a dial texture in your YTD, and its overlapping the dial texture in the VehShare, take it out of the YTD and let me know if that wirks. 

you cant stump the gump but guages can lol

They work but the distortion kinda flashes through the actual gauge.

That's honestly okay. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't an issue on my end or anything. Love your Tahoes though!

My YTD is stock from Gump, I think it's just an issue with model itself.

In the ytd (and possibly +hi.ytd) find the dial texture and click it. Then at the top left select properties, change mipmap value to 1.

I will certainly try that, thank you! 

@PSource checked it out and it turns out the mipmap levels are already 1 unfortunely.

try changing format to A8R8G8B8 aswell and see if that works, make sure you check in both the .ytd and +hi.ytd.

I can confirm that changing the mipmap level to 1 and the format to A8R8G8B8 on script_rt_dials_cavalcade has fixed my issues. Thank you @PSource!
