Chunks won't load

I just started up GTA without changing anything except adding some new textures to police, police2, police3, policet and fbi, and all of a sudden parts of the world/chunks won't load not sure the issue because I haven't made any large graphic changes or added any new mods.

Which textures? What are your Specs?

Hopefully it's just something weird with the skins.

I added some Ottawa police skins, not really anything different just 1-2 signs each. And not sure all my specs but I have a GTX950

Hmm. shouldn't be causing you any issues afaik. You seem to have done everthing right.

The only thing I can think of is if the skins are in 4k re size them to 2k with Paint.net

It worked! thanks! - Just wondering what exactly is the difference between 4k and 2k? (I'm pretty new to this sorry)

It's just higher quality, some cars just don't like 4K textures for some reason.
