Cant turn off sirens while off duty

Featured Replies

I am not sure if anyone else is having this problem but when i am not on duty with LSPDFR i cant turn off any sirens in any emergency vehicle, ambulance, police, firetrucks. Whenever i turn the lights on, the sirens come on also and wont shut off. I cant just have the lights on. I press the button to turn off sirens but it doesnt work.

The reason i ask is because I also have a firefighter and ambulance mod installed and i would like to respond in those vehicles with just lights and not the siren sometimes.

Any help?

yeah. nothing happens when i press J.

is it because the new update for LSPDFR has that new lights and siren "Always on" feature ?

When i load LSPDFR, i can turn off the sirens that way

Wow. The regular GTA 5 game doesnt allow you to turn off the sirens?

I did not realize that.

Is there a mod that allows you to turn off sirens without LSPDFR with just lights on ?

Thanks for the info by the way

So i found a way around this.

In order to just respond with lights in other emergency vehicles like ambulances or firetrucks:

Go on duty with LSPDFR. Turn off calls. then activate Rescue V, or firefighter mod

Then you will have the ability to turn off sirens and respond with just lights while playing these mods.
