i'm trying to replace my police.wtd with my skin i made in Paint.net and saved as a PNG ... everybody keeps saying replace the police_sign 1 ... i dont have a police_sign 1 file in the Police.wtd ....

and everybody keeps saying Download this ! Oh hey download thiiis ! and its like... No... too complicated

so ... can somebody just take my PNG file and make me a replacement WTD/wtf ? Please?

Ok... To import Textures you need to go to SparkIV find the car's .wtd and click Edit then Import the file when you click on the police_sign 1 and then do that for the rest of the police signs such as 2,3,and 4

Do you have a CVPI car mod installed?

Sometimes its called: cvpi_sign_1.
