Hi I was just woundering if there is any modder willing to make a couple nh police crusers that would be grat

Seeing as you're new I'll give you some tips..

A- Pictures, pictures are a great thing as they provide reference points to what you are wanting.
B- More information is always great, what/where is nh? A fair chunk of the modellers on this site aren't from the US (assuming that's where this "nh" is) so more information is always key.

C- skins are always easier to replicate than actual models. Maybe someone has made this mysterious nh department livery already and all you have to do is find the vehicles you're happy to apply said texture(s) to. 
D- Google is your friend, if you can't find it on this site then try google as after all these years I'm sure someone, somewhere has done something you might be after.

You should install:

This mod has different kind of vehicle options located in folders. Also the carvariations & vehicles.meta included, which you could rename to police,police2 or whatever.
In your case search in the Ford CVPI folder.
