Is there a way to change the police uniform from LSPD to the Sheriff-uniform while on foot and on duty? My LSPDFR has a tendency to crash a lot and I have to force duty but then I automatically spawn into the LSPD uniform. I have a custom skin on the Sherrif-uniform so is there is a way to change that without going to the policestation and going off and on duty again? I have TrainerV if that helps. I found out how to change the head and accessories etc on the uniform I'm wearing but not how to change to a different "style" or "presinct". Any ideas?

You'll have to use a trainer for that, most, if not all trainers should have an option to change character model. For reference, male cop is s_m_y_cop_01, male sheriff is s_m_y_sheriff_01, female versions start with s_f_y instead of s_m_y.

And to switch to a sheriff voice, you can use the Voice Menu mod.
