Vehicle rextures.

I use photoshop when attempting to make vehicles retextures, I make the texture in .png and then  convert it to .dds.

When I try using the texture ingame it shows like this.

They are low quality and blurred, I'm wondering if I'm saving the texture wrong or if I'm using the wrong program.

It would be great if others who make vehicle textures could help me out here.

You don't need to convert to textures from .png to .dds you can simply replace or import the .png and also make sure all your skins are set to 1 MipMap level
