The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Down arrow in all RAGE menus (including LSPDFR) doesn't work

As above, no matter how many times I reinstall everything, the down arrow refuses to work in any and all RAGE windows.

Any ideas?

Are you using any mods that block the game control of the down arrow at all? Also check your game settings to see if the down arrow key is still mapped, as some things utilize overwriting game controls and not set their own keys. Example: The LSPDFR backup menu is mapped to whatever key your Multiplayer Point key is.

Good shout Luke, that was the issue. "PhoneDown" was binded to DEL instead of Down Arrow.
