Added 0 new siren tones to the pack and 3 updated siren :

 

- Many users have reported that there was an issue with the CHP siren wail tone, it sounded off near the winding down part. I've investigated it and have determined that there was a issue, so I had to re-edit the whole wail track. I hope I fixed it but this is the whole point of Alpha is to find out if YOU like it or not. Please keep in mind that there are not many YouTube videos of CHP responding with a full loop of wail, and that I am deaf so I didn't hear the glitch in the first place.  PLEASE DO NOT USE THE REVIEW/RATING SYSTEM TO REPORT BUGS/ISSUES WITH THE SIREN. Contact me via PM or Comment section.

 

- I also updated the CHP yelp tone with a different one, I think it's a better quality version compared to the previous version which sounded 'full' for the lack of better words.

 

- Replaced the Motorola Astro Spectra Siren Tones with the Federal Signal Smart Siren tones as Police primary tones.

Added 6 new siren tones to the pack and 2 updated siren :

 

- 4 new siren models added to CODE 3 PSE folder : code 3 Xcel siren, code 3 V-Con siren (3672 and 3692 Series,) code 3 Sprinter siren and lastly, code 3 Banshee siren.

 

- 26 European siren tones added to Code 3 Sprinter Siren folder, for countries such as Austria, Netherlands, Finland, France, Italy, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Swiss, and the UK. Very interesting sounding tones !

 

- Federal Signal Smart Siren SSP3000B now available in the Smart Siren Folder. 2016 + LAPD/LASD are using this siren if I'm right. Installed as default for ELS usage.

 

- Whelen 295HFSC9 Mono/Dual Siren, this comes with the standard 4 tones in addition to dual tones. This is best suited for Fire/EMS apparatus.

 

- Updated Galls Street Thunder with improved wail & yelp tones.

 

- Added Chinese Siren tones in 'MISC' folder as per request.

 

 

A new script recently came out that allows users to have rumbler siren tones in the game. I highly recommend this script if you want to have rumbler tones with Modern Siren Pack :

I want to personally thank each and every one of you 23,000 supporters that downloaded my mod, and showcased it on Youtube. I want to also thank you for your patience as I have not updated the mod in a while. I had personal tragedies to deal with, and a change of work scheduling prevented me from being committed to the project. I had a chance to get around to this, and update the pack with improved tones to replace pre-existing tones, and I hope you will like them. Please don't hesitate to suggest your feedback through the comment section, or private messaging.

 

I previously mentioned that I plan on buying sirens, and record them to use for Modern Siren Pack. I am excited to announce that my very 1st siren box is on the way to my house. It is a Code 3 Mastercom B siren, one of my top 3 favorite siren models. I also bought a used 58' Code 3 MX7000 Light bar to refurbish and upgrade it with LEDs as a hobby. It's almost here ! 

 

I have yet to acquire a 100 Watt Siren Speaker from Code 3 yet, but once I do, I can finally do what I intended to do from day 1 of Modern Siren Pack -- to provide you custom high-quality made siren tones, and not YouTube quality !

 

So I hope this update will keep you all content for now, and I will be re-visiting this project in a few weeks, hopefully with new siren models to the pack.

-- UPDATED WAIL, YELP, PRIORITY, AIRHORN and HI-LO -- Overhauled the Code 3 Mastercom B and RLS folders -- they include new siren tones from a different source. I personally prefer these updated tones over the previous versions. The C3 Mastercom B air-horn is updated to meet the latest factory specs.

 

-- UPDATED WAIL, YELP, PRIORITY, AIRHORN -- Federal Signal Smart Siren SS2000SM, I changed out the mentioned tones with a new source tones, what do you think of them ? I am experimenting with it.

 

-- UPDATED WAIL AND YELP -- Federal Signal EQ2B Wail and Yelp updated.

I am working on it. There are no clean videos of the siren on YouTube, and I've been looking around in other corners of the internet, to no avail. The tones on their website are terrible quality. I emailed Soundoff Signal and they got back to me telling me that they will look into it and see what they can do to improve the quality, so in the mean time I will have to wait to hear back from them again. Once I get clean tones, I'll update the pack ASAP.

Hey Gravel, I was crashing just prior to loading into the game and found out that it was the siren pack that was causing the crash. There's no message besides RageHook telling me that the game crashed. Do you know what this might be caused by? If it helps at all, I've installed the Mastercom B siren set into the vehicles folder.

 

Any update on the Code 3 Z3 siren? 

Hi, how i can uninstall it?

Can you make an American pack for insta oiv install. am so confused on doing the manual install

If I used the OIV package install, how can I revert back to the old sirens? I am pretty sure the siren install is the reason my game keeps crashing after a while, didn't do it  until I installed the siren.

How do you uninstall the .oiv version of it?
