That is the error I get when lauching RPH. Also RPH does not give me the option to unblock files!!!!

You're not getting the option to unblock files because the files were most likely already unblocked.

I don't understand the point of signatures on this site. What the fuck is the point?

Okay, after I lauch rage it does not hook the game and the police station logos do not show up. and Rage plugin hook gives me an error saying "failed to hook game"
