Upgraded to Windows 10. Cannot launch gta 4

Featured Replies

Hello,

I upgraded to Windows 10 last night. And now when I try and launch gta 4 I am getting a seculauncher failed. And finally I was able to get it to give me a black screen with a loading then I got "GTA 4 fatal error: TEXP70"

does anyone have a way to fix any of this. I hate windows 8. But I love gta 4 and lcpdfr.

List your system specs (in detail), please. Also read articles like this:

When upgrading to a new operating system, old installs of extra .NET or C++ libraries that were necessary for LCPDFR to run are no longer going to be there, so you will need to re-download and re-install them.
