for GTA IV, i need a declasse premier LCPD Blue to have a numbers on it's roof, if Yard1 can accept this request.

    People create textures and mods in their free time, Wait patiently until someone sees it and decides to do it. Keep in mind people have lives outside GTA modding, so chances are if nobody is taking your request then they're busy
