I'm trying to change some settings for Police3 in the carvariations.meta but I do not know where the file is located.

Im not on the latest version on the game, but you should be able to make a new entry for police3 in the mpchristmas2 carvariations.

I'm not makin' a new entry, I'm trying to find the stock carvar where Pol3 is located. Thanks though.

The new entry overwrites the old carvariations. I believe that the stock carvariations are hard coded into the game.
