hi does any one know how do i double graphics without windows diagnostic tool if so please let me know and one more thing does anyone know  how to fix performance monitor the parameter is incorrect if so please let me know

What? There is no way that one can just 'increase' your system performance, only you can, by buying better hardware.
If your hardware is too slow, buy better hardware.
No idea what your on about with the whole 'double graphics' thing either, if you mean double your GPUs, you'd be best upgrading your entire system because it won't do much and will end up being a waste of money.
