Would it be possible for anyone to add the lightbar from this CV:

to a crown vic with hubcaps like this one:

I suppose you meant with hubcaps, because steelies are visible wheels, and hubcaps are the plastic cover on it! :)

Either way, why not simply installing the skin on the car you want instead? :)
