Hey I'm Shmicko. 
I'm currently making an Australia Victorian Police Ped. The only thing is it isnt working.... it looks like this

NPC models
1. import associated .yft file ("Slice to parts" off, "combine models" on).
2. Delete ".mesh" object in hierarchy;
3. Import assocated .ydd file ("Slice to parts" off, "combine models" on).
4. edit
5. export into desired .ydd file (with "Skeletal" mode on)

Hi i have a problem in importing ydd files

when i import any ydd file nothing happend in my zmodeler  my version is 3.1.2 build 1123

I can import yft files i made many car models but now i want to start Ped modeling but my z modeler didin't load any ydd file

am i doing mistake in loading files ? I go to file and first import yft file ("Slice to parts" off, "combine models" on). 

then i can see the model but when I import ydd file ("Slice to parts" off, "combine models" on).  z modeler didn't show anything

Please help me
