After the latest update to GTA V 757.4, I updated RAGE to .41, LSPDFR 3.1, and all of my plugins to the latest ones possible. The game starts great, no issues what so ever. As soon as I "enter" the police station, that's where things change, the texture behind my officer appear and disappear while selecting my officer. Then when I go to select my vehicle, it gets worse, its just a big black screen behind my vehicles. Once a vehicle is selected and I'm out in the town, a lot of my textures seem blurry, and disappear and I see through everything, my roads are gone, rendering my game almost impossible to use. I have gone down the line of plugins enabling and disabling them, and I see that it is LSPDFR itself. I will include a video (or link) to see it in action as to what is going on. before all of these updates my game was running beautifully. I even "dumbed" down the graphics, and nothing has helped. Have not been able to play in about 3 weeks! PLEASE HELP! lol

Does it happen without mods, except LSPDFR?

Out of all the mods I tested, LSPDFR looks like what is causing it, I load one plug in at a time, the game runs fine, until I load LSPDFR with or without any mods.

I see in the video you use a lot of car mods, have these been removed when testing? Car mods are not supported by GTA V or the LSPDFR modification. 

Because of the update, I cleared most out, and as of now, my Police2 slot is not working, and I have a total of 4 vehicle mods (police only).

If you are using a mods folder, all you need to do is to rename the mods folder temporarily and move any script modifications out of your root folder.

Usually caused by vehicle models without proper LODs.
When in OpenIV, open the vehicle files, then change the Level of Detail values, if the Polygon count goes down, the model is probably not causing texture loss.
