They most definitely dont look the same (maybe Redux without ENB looks like VisualV, cause its probably got VisualV's stuff inside it), though they all achieve the same basic goal.

 

Make Visuals Great Again is awful imo. I watched one of Albos videos where he used it and it looked terrible.

Haven't had time to watch many videos recently, so not sure what Albo's setup looks like. On mine though... I cant imagine ever not having MVGA now, it looks that good. There's also two versions, he may use the high saturation version (I use the low saturation cause over-saturation generally looks bad IMO in GTA)

Nah that be an easy fix. The issue is that ELS and GTA aren't recognizing the extras (it seems e_12 is some what in this boat too) and so they remain on (visible) regardless of whether ELS is on or not.

True I only did one test and gave up, els use'/ extras 1-10, have a flick over the user guide

You can 1-12, but 11 and 12 have a specific use.

SBRN = extra_ten
SCL = extra_11
TDL = extra_12

 

You can turn any extra off in the ini and use it a regular extra

Found the issue, but I don't know how to fix it. My zmod does recognize e3, 4 or 6 as being GTA V vehicle parts and so it doesn't export them correctly.

Import a model that has those extras. Alternatively you can find the xml document on the zmod forums somewhere that includes every Gta object, to save you from importing lots of models

I might give MVGA a go and take out Redux.
I tried VisualV and it was ok, I was a little disappointed, and mostly didn't like (hated) how dark it made night times, impossible to see around the squad car with headlights on - made it rather annoying to patrol an area without street lights! It also didn't do much (or anything perhaps? Or maybe it did but not to my satisfaction??) about how good LED lights looked.

I learned about it only yesterday, I was going to warn everybody (car devs) to prepare but felt I wasn't allowed to - breach of trust with private knowledge and whatnot.

Yesss I know :( It'll be fixed soon. It was a last minute fuck around I hear - they had already set the release date before the patch (expecting it not to fuck too much up), then the patch came and fucked some things, but they still had to release...

For the most part, 99%, it works. The only issue I'm aware of comes when loading multiplayer interiors, this includes the downtown one included with LSPDFR. As far as I know, if you uninstall "Open Interiors" mod if you got it and "AdvancedhookV.asi" - you're sweet, you just won't be able to use the downtown station at all.
