GTA Liberty City Stories?

Can, confirm GTA SA (South Australia) will release next year on PC only with full mod support and dedicated servers.

Is this a fictional car? ive never seen the VE HSV's and i worked for the police.. the only car that has that lightbar is the FPV GTF Falcon and the only HSV that i know of is the VF GTS Walkingshaw HSV 2013..?
