Nice! There are a few weird textures and materials though, the headlights being the most glaring of them.

I must have rose coloured glasses - I can't see any problems with it... except I don't like where they put the grille LED's but that's where they are.

Soz unless it changed in the last week I don't think so, in other words I was looking at it a week ago.

I normally don't care about what numbers I give things, to a degree. For example on my paddy wagon I think all my numbers were in between 15 and 19, because they're general duty numbers, but the real life cars with that call sign weren't always paddy wagons. I remember one of my liveries (AB19 I think) is actually a pajero

Usually Cars are number like: 

10-11 Inspectors Cars

12-14 Sgt/Supervisors cars

15-34 Paddy Wagons,vans,transport unit

35-44 GD Sedans

That's interesting. The call sign on the vehicle isn't used at all? 

In the ACT there's no call sign on the vehicles and it's based on shift and vehicle type. WA was all vehicle callsigns.
