Just a quick question, what do the NSW police use the alternating 'beep' siren for? I have never actually heard it myself, but my guess is that they use it in the city?

Don't know if it has any specific uses, but it's on all of their cars. My guess is that it isn't used much because if people heard it they'd be like 'what is that??' instead of moving out of the way.

If you mean the hi-Lo tone I'm pretty sure it's standard on most (all?) Hazard sirens and just able to be used as an alternative. It's on the ACT Policing cars as well just never used because it sounds... annoying but if you have a stubborn driver that's not paying attention or has loud music in front of you and the wail/yelp isn't getting through its a tone that's not commonly heard and doesn't blend in with music etc as easily so it can be enough to get them to look up.

We we also have it on most of the RFS trucks in the area. I know of a captain who seems to prefer it to the yelp for intersections for some reason. I'll throw a response video up tomorrow with it being used. It did the job I guess.

Whoops another post,

Released

I was real worried about FG being left behind!
The mustang front of the new Falcons are ok, but I won't forget the classic trademark teardrop headlights.

Small little project still need to re texture some of the stuff but it will get there soon enough.

GTA5 2016-08-03 23-32-21-88.png

Hope this is still coming among your other mad projects, I would be extremely keen for a NSW vest with the gear (radio, magazines, capsicum spray) & taser on the front!

Constructive Criticism:

P.S: I hope you decide to take the camel pack off of it, if that Ramek I think his name is' vest, god I hate the camel pack.
P.P.S Not sure if you can change the colour, but the dark navy blue of the NSW vests would be neat-o on this, instead of blek
P.P.P.S: That reminds me, there's no real navy blue cargo/cuff pants in GTA V, just black, biege and camo.

Quick little project I threw together in Zmodeler, it's an unmarked police bike! I've only seen these used in WA however it follows a generic lighting setup so it could be roleplayed as literally anywhere.

Don't mind the dials, it's an easy fix. I might map it so you can have a 'slicktop' bike.

Getting into modelling, just modifying the ec135 to polair 4 style

2016-08-14 10_27_11-Greenshot.png

NSW polair has blue and red leds on the bottom, you should add that

If you don't read my readme files don't inbox me asking for help

yeah I know that's a key feature I was gonna add (once I learn how to model properly of course)

Aye-yo What's the audio file name for whatever the Hi-Lo replaces @Anditek ?
I got Siren_2 (normal siren), 0x0Dxxxx446 (yelp) and forget what the other one is, I'd like to keep the rest of my vehicles audio file instead of replacing it all because I got other vehicle sound mods in it.

Edit: All sorted

It's an extended defender:

Code 3's EMS/Fire version. The older ambulances used Code 3 360's

Decided to do a Sanchez as well, they're pretty much done. The Sanchez is mapped and i'm gonna map the PCJ tomorrow. (Ignore the texture on the Sanchez) They are very simple models but I think they're cool little things.

For whatever reason I couldn't edit the post above so sorry for the double post

Is that the humster sprinter or another one? Looks neat

Another one I found for free (I really can't afford those hundred dollar models myself) but it was the high roof version, that's why you can see the roof half detached.

Modelling isn't actually that hard for me, partly because I actually use CAD programs to model - I have experience modelling in CAD- the cancer part for me is the polygon modelling.....
