Recently, I've been getting errors when trying to upload files again. This time, however, it's not giving me error -200: it's telling me to contact you for assistance, so here we go 

Hope this can be resolved soon.

Try again now, was caused due to the website data partition becoming full, I've extended it now.

UPDATE: Never mind. After reading another forum post, sounds like the servers are just busy. I'll just wait until it works again haha.

Still having a similar issue while trying to download traffic policer. I've tried it multiple times, and I've even troubleshooted my internet connection, firewall settings, and antivirus settings to make sure the download wasn't being blocked/interrupted on my end. Hope it gets fixed soon.

That's all fine and dandy, but the root of the problem was the same; your servers were busy. As I noted in my comment above, I figured that out. I was going to delete my post on this topic, but I couldn't figure out how, so I just updated it instead and said:

Which was my way of letting you and anyone else know that you didn't need to respond, but thank you for taking the time to make sure I understood this topic is about upload problems. Really appreciate the clarity.
