Hiya, 

Whenever I try to spawn in a car that I ported to V from IV, the wheels do not appear in-game. Any possible solutions?

what material are the wheels set to?

ok, did you set the ids/flags?

Need to setup flags for it.

 

Does the vehicle fall into the ground as well? If so you need to setup collision

the wheels dont work with a lightbar on it, but without they work fine

When converting a car to gta v first off you need to make sure your main wheel looks like this [wheel_lf], Then in the properties you need to check User-Define options, Thirdly in User-Defined options you need to make a new option called Flags and next to it it needs to be AE and in theory they should copy over in game but for that to happen the rest of the wheels in the user defined options need to be named E. Hopefully this answers your question.
