Hello. I am new to this modding thing, but I really want to know how to get a ton of money which is why I was looking into creating a menu for money only. I don't have any modding experience however, I do have some coding experience. If I have a regular PC and PS4, meaning no JTAG or whatever that is, would I still be able to install my own mod onto my PC?  And would a mod like this work online?
 

Modding is a hobby, we do not allow members to make money directly off their modifications, or only offer modifications to people who pay. If you are looking for that sort of thing, I can tell you right now that it is not allowed.

The modding we do here is for PC only, we do not have a console based modding community. Mods generally work in Online, but there are plenty of blocks to ensure that they don't.

I meant in game money.  Like spawn in money bags online.

There already are plenty of modifications for that, if you know where to look. We do not condone modding GTA Online here, however.

Do you know of any free mod menus that could spawn in money?

All trainer are able to spawn money. You need an unauthorized scripthook to run any script in GTA Online, which we do not condone either as it is deliberately cracking measures put in place by the developers.

Absolutely not. This site is dedicated to modding GTA V, not GTA O. We're not about to condone GTA O hacking.
