GTA V w/ LSPDFR running slow

Featured Replies

Hey everybody this is my first post on the forum after having been a member and playing LSPDFR for a while and I just wanted to see if anybody had any ideas for an issue I've been experiencing:

I have been experiencing issues with low FPS when running GTA V w/ LSPDFR and some basic mods & plugins. I have been getting 40-45 FPS with current mods, but have previously experienced FPS of 60+ with basically the same mods. I have deleted my mods and plugins and started from scratch several times, trying different things several times for the purpose of learning and experimenting. But I haven't found out what is bogging it down now. I get 60 fps for a few seconds at a time from here and there, but other times its hardly playable to me.

I have researched this issue on this forum and have made the according adjustments (adjusting the video card settings for performance, etc)   I use the up-to-date NVIDIA game-ready driver. I have tried the grahpics settings on factory default, Optimized the settings with the NVIDIA software, and everything in-between.

Here are my Specs:

ASUS ROG GL752VW-DH71

Intel i7-6700 2.6GHz

16GB DDR4 1TB HDD

GTX960M 2GB

Plugins                                                     Mods (Just 1 car)

-LSPDFR                                                  -Thehurk's 2016 LSPD FPIU

-Emergency Strobes                                 -American Siren Pack

-Agency Callouts

-Arrest Manager

-Police Radio

-Traffic Policer

Please reply with any suggestions or if you need any more info!! thank you in advance!

Emergency Strobes is know to be performance heavy.

Try removing it and see if it helps.

I only have it running on my own vehicle, none of the other emergency vehicles.  Does this have as much of an effect on the FPS or is it the plugin in general that makes the difference?

Thank you both for your willingness to help. I have since adopted very low settings in order to get god performance but id prefer to improve.
