I tried to start my game via, RagePluginHook. It didn't work. It said a scripthook problem has occured, so I tried with steam, just to make sure. And once again, a scripthook error. I have a non-pirated GTA V game, came right from Steam itself. I tried replacing, and deleting scripthook, but it didn't do anything, because I got this:

I followed the on screen instructions, and it did nothing. I re-downloaded scripthook, and I got the same thing.

You're getting that error because GTA V is still open on your PC. You have to end it in Task Manager.
