Thank you! I've searched it up, but all dead ends, no fixes

Hi, so basically I'll give you everything. The modded police cars I have, the emergency lights when you turn them on are white, flashing white. I installed visual v, and that stuff, and still, it's basically for all my modded cars, help please, much appreciated.
