yeah ive had this issue since 0.3.1 but i dont really have any issues i mean i have had some crashes but i blame it on poor vehicle mods ive used im slightly ocd and the message just bothers me

Yeah same here, everything is up to date, even scripthook. But i haven't expierienced any crashes so i've just been ignoring it for now. Its a shame i've lost half of my mods do to them being outdated. Spotlight Mod, Ped Search Mod, Vehicle Search Mod, Realistic ALPR/ANPR System to name a few.

for ped and vehicle search i use search warrant mod its not to shabby no spotlight does suck though

They implemented those actions in the search warrant mod?? i will check this out when i return home. It just does not feel right without em.

yeah i really like it when you search a car you just press f10 it opens all the doors hood and trunk and it goes to each one and searches them all automatically and the spot light mod the author said it works with the newest rph this one 

 

Sweet i can have the game back to where i like it, thanks for the heads up, what mod are you using for the display on the left side of your screen for time, street name, MPH, MPH limit and what not?

 

i was looking through and i noticed this "ragepluginhook.exe" version matches: false

the thing is i have the newest rph.....

you can see that in the bottom right
