For some reason my game installed a update but it was only 850MB I thought that's a very small patch! Turned out my game updated 3 times with different patches. Was only when it all downloaded I could play with the new RageHook. 

 

I fixed it by completely signing out, logging back in and launching if it's not already downloaded.
