I am having the same issue, I have deleted many of the old files and I have been trying to get this to work if anyone has the problem solved that would be amazing if you can pass me the answer because at this point I am finished trying I am not getting anywhere with this issue, I hate the updates because they always screw with my game in some odd way

Troubleshooting:
1) Reinstall LSPDFR, then RPH.

2) Delete your Mods Folder.
3) Delete all of your Plugins other than LSPDFR.

4) Use Albo's TroubleShooter.

5) Verify Integrity of your game files via steam.

6) Reinstall GTA V.

I have do all this step. I reinstall all and update it. But the same things is happened again

 

Please help to solve this problem
