The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So, when I'm playing normal GTA V  I have an average of 75FPS. However when I start playing LSPDFR, it struggles to even get to 50FPS. Is this normal? I heard something a while back that this could be caused by R* modding countermeasures, could this be it? 

I would like to say thank you in advance to anyone who can help me fix my irregular frame rate.

PC specs:
CPU - Intel i5-6500 Skylake
GPU - Evga GTX980 4gb GDDR5
Ram - 8GB Ripjaws DDR4-2133 
Mobo - GIGABYTE B150M-D3H
PSU - Zalman ZM650-EBT 650W

CPU heatsink - Cooler Master hyper 212x

    Yep, it is as soon as I go on duty. I will be driving around fine at +60fps, than as soon as I go on duty it becomes very irregular ranging from 30fps to 60fps

    Remove all your plugins and see if you still have the problem, if you don't add them in one by one (as in add one, check FPS then if its still good another)
