Sheriff2 Displaying Police 3???

Featured Replies

First off, let me say, this will sound weird. I have never had this issue before.

I was updating everything today, when I noticed my sheriff2 is showing the model and texture of police3. My sheriff2 vehicle is TheHurks FPIU, and the same goes for my police3. They have different skins on them, for the different departments. Anyway, I was working with getting vehicle extras to spawn in, and my police3 was doing what I wanted my sheriff2 to do. I copied the police3 vehicle.meta and replaced the sheriff2 with it (renaming the vehicle name). When I went in game, the sheriff2 was showing the police3 liveries, yet each model played their own separate sirens.

Don't know what to do here, as this is the first time this has ever happened, and I have done this before with no problems. Any input or suggestions would be very appreciated!

Cheers,

Max

Reinstall everything on a clean install of the game and it'll work. 100% guaranteed.

That was next option... luckily I got it fixed though! it would save me all the reinstall time
