The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have been trying to install police cars all day, but they wont work. I put them into patch9ng but they don't do anything. The only car i have that's modded is a slicktop replacing police4 but the textures are messed up and it's all weird. The files wont replace police1, 2, 3, sheriff 1, 2, riot, fbi 2

are you sure they any or all go in patchday9??? some police cars will go in patchday 3, 4, and others will go in the x64e rpf.. check and see if there is a readme (usually is) and see if it tells you specifically where to put them.. Also make sure you are replacing all four (3 at least on some) files. you have the YTF, the YTD, the YTF+hi and YTD_hi
If there is no readme, I would go to wherever you got the files in the first place and try and figure out where they go or contact the author.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MODS..THEY'RE CALLED READMEs AKA read me for a reason

lspdfr plugin or GTA V crashed? find your Rage log in your gta folder, usually found after ragepluginhook.exe and open it, hit Ctrl a, open pastebin.com, select new paste, hit Ctrl v, get the link after you pasted it and supply that with your issue in the specific mod topic, it helps the developer diagnose the problem you may have.

even so.. putting them in patch9ng will make the game think they're new and overwrite the old files. I am replacing all files too

You're necessarily doing something wrong on your end. Reinstall the cars on a clean GTA V install, and it'll work, like for all the other players.

I got the cars in the game i think the police charger i replaced police2 but when i load into the game i cant bring up my menu to spawn the car and they arent at the station
