Hello guys,

i am new here and i hope you can help me. I have problems with the Rambar at some vehicle. For example i download the 2015 Ford (FBI slot). I follow the steps into the instructions. The car works perfectly ingame BUT when i do i pit for example i ram the other car with my bumper, not with the rambar. The rambar clitch inside the other car. So it doesnt work physical. It also doesnt drop. Where is error/problem? The same problem is with the sheriff car.

It's with the model itself and nothing your doing. The ram bar on the car isn't setup for having a collision piece on it so the game doesn't recognize it as an object and in such floats into the car.

 

Only thing would be to find another vehicle and test the ram bar to see if it works.

thanks for you answer! Ok didnt expect that. I thought each rambar at the car has a "physical job". Can i fix it myself? Change something in the carvariations or vehicles meta?

I think this guys did a great job with the models, but it seems like i little bit unrealistic when you ram a car and your own car is insteadly damage at the front bumper.

I tried something, i dont understand why it works but it does. I spawned the car (fbi) without a rambar, then i used the vehicle option in the trainer and get a rambar on the car. Now it works .... so thanks again for your help. This topic can be closed.

You can't edit the car file unless its unlocked (yft)

Nice, but NPCs won't necessarily spawn with it so you might still want to replace it for a model with a working rambar by default.

How can i unlocked the file? With Open IV or do i need a special program?

Yeah i know what you mean, the problem is that the fbi car isnt so much on patrol .

I told you that i have also the problem with the sheriff car. I dont think that the hurk let the rambar work at the 2016 fpiu but not at the charger??? But there is just the car files and the carvariations meta. So i dont know where is my mistake ....

You can't, this is done so people don't steal other peoples cars/parts of their cars

Even if it was unlocked you'd need Zmodeler 3 (or another program but definitely not OpenIV)

Not that I find this to be a good so solution but you could make it spawn patrolling specific areas of Los Santos with this

Ok that is to complicated. I just use it .

Can you maybe check the model from the hurk? I cant believe that there is no other, who has this problem or dont care about this.
