The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When I pull someone over I ask them for their ID. Their name never shows up in the lower left hand corner and I can not even search for their name in the computer. Help!!

Are you running the latest version of the mod, and have you tried reinstalling the mod (preferably manually) to make sure it's loading properly? Also, what other mods or submods are you running?
