Getting current callout details

I've had a quick look but couldn't seem to find anything about this.

I would like to retrieve details such as the following:

boolean - is player currently responding to a callout?
string - name of current callout

Is there a way of doing this with the API?

Boolean Functions.IsCalloutRunning();

string - not possible.
