SOCIAL CLUB cannot login-GTA IV

hey, guys!

After I tired play as single player, finish all the missions, I would like try to play lcpdfr as multiplayer with my friends. We have to connect by LIVE because we live far away, we both have LIVE account and no problem with login, but the only issue for both of us is Rockstar game social club login.

It is looks impossible to login when click play, I have the right account with social club password all right, but every time I click play, first it will say Authenticating User, then it turn into NOT RESPONDING, after about 3 seconds, it says login failed. (shows in picture)

I know this is a common issue, sometimes really depends on your luck. But we are looking for a solution that could completely fix this issue, if anyone knows how to fix that will be great! 🙂
