I'm trying to add the 'riot' vehicle into the dispatch file but nothing shows up. I've had ghost riots before and I remember ghost motorcycles and putting in the correct ped fixed it.

So I'm just wondering how to get the riot cars into the chase. 

How are you implementing the vehicle? As a SWATAutomobile type? Only the models CRUSADER, FBI2 and SHERIFF2 are supported by the game's dispatch system for SWAT; every other vehicle has to be done as a PoliceAutomobile type. Ghost vehicles have several causes, that being on of them most likely. The other is simply having too many ped models trying to spawn at the same time.

I'm changing the stuff in dispatch.meta. So like I added a vehicle section with

		<Ped>S_M_Y_Swat_01</Ped> 
	</PedModels>
</Item>
