Hey i hope anyone can help me out so i got Code Red Callouts i installed it but it wont run haveing the bug

and it not the only mod this only one mod that wont run lcpdfr works and loaded please help

You've placed the mods in the wrong location. They are not RPH mods but LSPDFR plugins.

Move the plugins into the F:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\ directory instead and they will work.

But when i do that RPH can't see the dll or it doesn't have to ?

They are not RPH mods. RPH does not run the mod, nor does it need to see it.

They are LSPDFR plugins....
