Can anyone give me some pointers on how to modify the handling on specific vehicles. I want to change the handling for pranger, policeold1 and policeold2 so that it is the same as the intercepter (police3) anyone know how to do this?

Look for the slot you want to modify, once found scroll down to the <handlingID> line, and change the name of it.

Alternatively, I believe this question has already been asked in the past, so you could try using that little thing on the top right called a search bar, it'd give you all the answers you need.
