Everytime I log in, social club logs me in offline and I get a yellow icon instead of a green icon (signifying I'm online). I get the option to delete my local profile, but it does nothing. Once I delete the local profile and I relaunch the game, it tells me to delete my local profile again. I've manually gone into my documents folder and deleted my profiles in social club and in GTAV. Is there any tips you guys could give me?

Is uninstalling and reinstalling GTA the only option? Rockstar suggested I uninstall social club, but "all social club applications must be uninstalled before removing social club." Should I uninstall GTA V to uninstall social club, and then reinstall both?

The game might be detecting that  you have mods,

I would recommend checking that you don't have any in your GTA folder.

Also you might want to have a clean version of gta and one that contains the mods, so there's no risk of getting getting banned/not being able to go online.
